We believe, Steve specializes in translating the red tape and with his friendly and helpful communication making him the member of The Advisory Group Team to go to while processing your insurance application.  Steve is available to you from the beginning of the paperwork to policy delivery and in the ongoing service of your policy.

Kim is the connection between our clients and our Advisors.  She knows where the Advisors are, how they can be reached and how best to communicate with them.  To be sure you have uninterrupted time with your Advisor, she will schedule meetings or calls with your Advisor.  Kim’s responsibilities include keeping accurate information about our clients.  That would include everything from address, contact and e-mail changes to family events, births, marriages, etc.  As Office Manager, Kim’s responsibilities include the administrative functions of our office and your comfort during your visit.  Please let Kim know if there is anything we can do to improve your visit.  Kim is a California Notary Public and our clients may contact her to schedule and appointment for notary services. There is no fee to our clients for notary services.

Don welcomes clients to The Advisory Group.  He wants to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit.  In preparation for your arrival Don starts the cookies baking and prepares the conference room for you.  Once you have arrived the freshly baked cookies and a refreshing drink are ready for you.  Don wants you to know each client is special and unique to The Advisory Group.  Be sure to let him know your drink and cookie preferences and if you need anything to make your visit more pleasant.  Don also maintains our client files and prepares your files before your meeting. Don is always looking out to ensure the best service for each and every client.

Karen takes her responsibility of processing your investment paperwork very seriously.  She begins the process and follows it through until the transaction is complete.  Karen’s main concern is to see that each account is handled professionally and that she is there for clients who have questions about completing their paperwork.  Calling into our office you will find Karen to be friendly and cheerful and ready to answer your questions or concerns. Karen is the contact person for you to make changes in investments such as new beneficiaries.
