Katie is likely the first person to greet you when you come into our office. She reviews and distributes incoming communications including calls, e-mails, U.S. Mail and other deliveries. Katie knows how the TAG Team works and helps coordinate your communications with the team. She stays on top of our scheduling and is a great secondary contact if you are unable to reach Melinda to schedule or confirm an appointment. Lastly, Katie assists in preparation and collection of new client paperwork. Feel free to contact her if any changes are made to your personal information (address, email, employment, etc.).
